Abstract:
Aiming at how to calculate the maximum driving power of eccentric wheel mechanism of the centering straight moving roller follower, the idea of "the driving power of the eccentric wheel reaches its peak when the load torque is maximum in movement process" is put forward in this paper. Through kinematic analysis, statics analysis and mathematical calculation of the eccentric wheel mechanism of centering straight moving roller follower, the algebraic expression of the maximum load torque corresponding to the angle is obtained. Based on the known parameters in the instance, the application calculation is carried out, and then the calculation results are verified through different calculation ideas so as to demonstrate the correctness of the new calculation method.
