Calculation and Analysis on Driving Power of Eccentric Wheel Mechanism

  • 摘要: 该文针对如何计算对心直动滚子从动件偏心轮机构的最大驱动功率的问题,提出了“偏心轮在运动过程中负载转矩最大时驱动功率达到峰值”的思路。通过对对心直动滚子从动件偏心轮机构进行运动分析、静力学分析及数学运算,得出其最大负载转矩对应转角的代数表达式,并根据实例中的已知参数,进行应用计算,再通过不同的计算思路验证计算结果,从而论证新计算方法的正确性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at how to calculate the maximum driving power of eccentric wheel mechanism of the centering straight moving roller follower, the idea of "the driving power of the eccentric wheel reaches its peak when the load torque is maximum in movement process" is put forward in this paper. Through kinematic analysis, statics analysis and mathematical calculation of the eccentric wheel mechanism of centering straight moving roller follower, the algebraic expression of the maximum load torque corresponding to the angle is obtained. Based on the known parameters in the instance, the application calculation is carried out, and then the calculation results are verified through different calculation ideas so as to demonstrate the correctness of the new calculation method.
