通风机风量测试系统设计及试验验证

摘要: 为进一步提升煤矿通风机的风量测试精度,掌握现场的气流情况,针对忻州窑煤矿圆形风硐的风量测试问题及需求,设计了通风机风量测试系统。首先运用风速法原理进行大量试验,并得出有支架和无支架时对应的风速测量误差为4.4%;然后采用最小二乘法得出风速误差补偿公式;最后以KV621-02风速传感器和PCI-6225数据采集卡为核心设计风量测试系统并验证。经试验该测试系统可将风速的测量误差降低0.17 m/s,最终风量测试最小相对误差仅为0.12%。因此,所设计的风量测试系统可在实践中推广应用。Abstract: In order to further improve the air volume measurement accuracy of coal mine ventilator and master the air flow situation on site, in view of the air volume measurement problems and requirements of Xinzhouyao coal mine circular air tunnel, based on the principle of air volume measurement by wind speed method, it is concluded that the corresponding wind speed measurement error with and without support is 4.4% through a large number of tests; and the wind speed error compensation formula is obtained by using the least square method. The air volume test system is designed with KV621-02 wind speed sensor and PCI-6225 data acquisition card as the core. After testing, the test system can reduce the measurement error of wind speed by 0.17 m/s, and the minimum relative error of final air volume test is only 0.12%. The designed air flow measurement system can be popularized and applied in practice.
