Abstract:
In order to study the vibration characteristics of the continuous tubing injection head and solve the vibration problem of the device in operation, the vibration characteristics of the injection head are studied through the finite element mode analysis on the integrated device of a continuous tubing injection head of a certain model. The results show that the main factor causing resonance of the continuous pipe injection head is vibration of the hydraulic motor; when the speed of the hydraulic motor is 600~1 800 r/min, it is easy to cause resonance in the
X direction, and the vibration amplitude is 2.6 mm, which is consistent with the actual working conditions. In practical work, to avoid problems such as excessive amplitude and abnormal noise caused by the resonance of the injection head, the speed of the hydraulic motor can be controlled or the natural frequency of the injection head can be increased to reduce the vibration of the box.
