全液压驱动泡沫排液车设计

Design of Full Hydraulic Driving Foam Drainage Vehicle

  • 摘要: 为实现泡排车在施工过程中对泡沫助排剂压力和流量的智能控制,并改变传统的“带传动+手动变速箱”的机械传动方式在泵注过程中存在的传动部件易损坏和可靠性不高的现象,设计了一种全液压驱动泡沫排液车。该设计中,车载柴油机通过变速箱的取力装置直接驱动变量泵;然后,通过液压驱动定量马达旋转驱动注液泵运行;同时,采用电液比例控制和PLC技术对注液泵输出流量和输出压力进行控制。通过29井次泡沫排水采气作业的实际应用表明,该全液压驱动泡沫排液车作业效率高、能耗显著减小、运行成本低、噪音小、操作轻便。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the intelligent control of the pressure and flow of the foam drainage vehicle during pumping, and change the phenomenon of easy damaging and low reliability of the transmission components when the traditional mechanical transmission mode of “belt transmission & manual gearbox” is used, a full hydraulic driving foam drainage vehicle is designed in this paper. The vehicle-mounted diesel engine directly drives the variable displacement pump through the power take-off device of the gearbox, and drives the quantitative motor to rotate through the hydraulic pressure. Then the quantitative motor drives the liquid injection pump. The electro-hydraulic proportional control and PLC technology are used to control the output flow and output pressure of the injection pump. The practical application of 29 well times of foam drainage gas production operation shows that the full hydraulic drive foam liquid drainage truck has high operation efficiency, it significantly reduces the energy consumption, with features of low operation cost, low noise and easy operation.
