基于CROE的助老机械装置的有限元分析及优化设计

Finite Element Analysis and Optimization Design on the Aging Assistance Mechanism based on CROE

  • 摘要: 为了解决老年人由于膝关节老化而难以起身站立的问题,该文基于机械连杆原理、利用CROE软件完成了一种新型助老机械装置的三维模型设计,并对该机械装置的水平状态和起升状态进行有限元分析。针对该装置中起升板的最大变形不满足工作要求的问题,该文以起升板的厚度和侧孔深度为变量,探究其最大应力和最大位移的关系曲线,最后以装置质量最小为优化目标,获得最大变形小于等于0.1 mm的设计参数。以此设计出符合老年人需求的新型助老机械装置。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the elderly are difficult to get up and stand due to the aging of the knee joint, based on the principle of mechanical connecting rod, the CROE software is used to complete the three-dimensional model design of a new type of aging-assisting mechanism, and obtain the finite element analysis of the mechanical device in the horizontal state and the lifting state. The results show that the maximum deformation of the lifting plate does not meet the working requirements. The thickness of the lifting plate and the depth of the side hole are taken as the variables to explore the relationship curve of the maximum stress and maximum displacement. Finally, the minimum device quality is taken as the optimization goal to obtain the design parameters with the maximum deformation less than or equal to 0.1 mm. In this way, a new type of aging assistance mechanism is designed to meet the needs of the elderly.
