带式输送机称重装置结构设计应用分析

Structural Design and Application of the Belt Conveyor Weighing Device

  • 摘要: 带式输送机的传统电子称重装置存在结构复杂、精度低、误差大的缺点。通过对带式输送机秤架布置形式的分析,设计了一种对称式、双托辊带式输送机称重装置,并对硬件系统模块、控制电路系统以及带式输送机称重装置软件系统进行了设计与编程,搭建了对称式带式输送机称重装置实验平台并进行实验。结果表明:对称式、双托辊称重结构抵消了水平力的影响,称重检测误差较小;且在一定范围内初始张紧力越大,物料均布载荷越小,误差越小。该装置整体结构简单稳定、称重精度较高,得到了稳定可靠的实验结果。

     

    Abstract: The traditional electronic weighing device of the belt conveyor has complex structure, low weighing accuracy and large error. By analyzing the arrangement of the belt conveyor, a kind of symmetrical double roller belt conveyor is designed in this paper. The hardware system module and control circuit are designed; the software system of the belt conveyor weighing device is programmed; the test platform of symmetrical belt conveyor weighing device is built, and tests are then carried out. The results show that the symmetrical and double roll weighing structure offsets the influence of horizontal force, and the weighing detection error is small; in a certain range, the greater the initial tension, the smaller the material uniform distribution load, the smaller the error. The overall structure is simple and stable, the weighing accuracy is high, and the stable and reliable experimental results are obtained.
