海洋模块钻机用自动水平猫道的研制及应用

Development and Application of Automatic Horizontal Catwalk for Offshore Modular Drilling Rig

  • 摘要: 为改善海洋模块钻机钻修井作业管具移运工作条件,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率,研制了自动水平猫道。该猫道采用固定式大容量排管架、水平移动式大车和小车、单臂式扶持机械手等结构,以及电控液和负载敏感系统,实现了钻井管具的自动移运;采用PLC控制、工业环网和集成控制技术,对设备进行远程控制,同时设置安全逻辑互锁控制和应急操作功能,提高了系统的安全性和可靠性;采用有限元分析软件,对设备进行校核计算和优化分析,以确保其满足强度和刚度要求。现场调试结果表明,该设备各项动作功能正常,能够顺利完成管具的水平移运,并与井口提升设备配合,实现了管具的水平垂直转换。该设备技术先进,自动化程度及效率较高,能够显著减轻工人的劳动强度,实现了钻台工作的少人化和无人化。

     

    Abstract: An automatic horizontal catwalk is developed to improve the working conditions of pipe transportation for drilling and working operations of offshore modular drilling rigs, reduce the labor intensity and improve the working efficiency. The catwalk adopts fixed large capacity pipe rack, horizontal mobile cart and trolley, single arm supporting manipulator and other structures, and adopts electric control fluid and load sensing system to realize automatic transportation of drilling pipe. The PLC control, industrial ring network and integrated control technology are used to remotely control the equipment; and safety logic interlocking control and emergency operation functions are set to improve the safety and reliability of the system. The finite element analysis software is used to check, calculate and optimize the equipment to meet the strength and stiffness requirements. The site test results show that the equipment has normal operation functions, can successfully complete the horizontal transportation of pipe tools, and can cooperate with the wellhead lifting equipment to achieve the horizontal and vertical conversion of pipe tools. The technology is advanced, and the degree of automation and efficiency are high. The site operation can significantly reduce the labor intensity of workers, and realize the less and unmanned operation of the drill floor.
