Abstract:
The Chinese space station has begun on orbit construction, and a special extravehicular tool has been designed according to the mission requirements of an extravehicular activity. In the process of tool design, the functional requirements, equipment layout and space station extravehicular ergonomic design requirements were fully considered, and the anti drift design, operation dimension analysis, operation force analysis, interface safety, indication signs and in place feedback, single hand operation adaptability and other aspects were analyzed. After the development of the tool, it passed the aerospace staff effectiveness evaluation.
