计及集肤效应和邻近效应的S型线缆结构设计

摘要: 电缆产生交流损耗的主要原因是受到集肤效应和邻近效应的影响,通过合理设计型线电缆截面能有效降低该影响。在已有集肤效应研究的基础上,提出了一种型线电缆邻近效应的理论计算公式,进而得到一种计算型线电缆整体交流损耗的解析方法。与相应仿真结果进行了比较,验证了该方法的正确性。在此基础上,采用该方法计算了S型线缆在不同截面结构参数下的交直流损耗比,分析了截面形状尺寸与交流损耗的关系。结果表明:采用所提出方法计算的型线电缆电流密度分布与软件仿真结果吻合较好;通过合理设计S型截面的尺寸,可大幅降低交流损耗,为型线电缆结构设计提供参考。Abstract: The main reason of AC loss of cable is the skin effect and proximity effect, which can be effectively reduced by reasonable design of cable section. Based on the research of skin effect, a theoretical formula for calculating the proximity effect of profile cable is proposed, and then an analytical method for calculating the overall AC loss of profile cable is obtained. Compared with the corresponding simulation results, the correctness of the proposed method is verified. On this basis, the method is used to calculate the AC/DC loss ratio of S-type cable under different section structure parameters, and the relationship between section shape and size and AC loss is analyzed. The results show that the current density distribution calculated by the proposed method is in good agreement with the software simulation results; through the reasonable design of S-shaped section, the AC loss can be greatly reduced. The results provide reference for the design of cable structure.
