Research and Development of the Mechanism that Enables Traction Rope Automatically Slide into the Sheave Groove

  • 摘要: 对输电线路架线施工导线展放环节进行研究,主要进行了传统放线滑车的设计改造。该设计可以使由升空无人机携带的牵引绳直接从滑车框架外部穿过滑车吊板改造侧,进入滑车框架内部,并自动准确地将牵引绳滑入放线滑车相应轮槽内,实现导线展放无人化施工。经过实际应用验证了机构的功能完整性,该机构的成功研发对提高施工效率、降低人工成本、降低安全风险有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the wire laying pulley for transmission line stringing construction is studied. Through development of the traditional mechanism, the lifting plate on one side of the traditional paying off pulley is designed and modified, so that the traction rope carried by the lift off UAV can directly go from the outside of the pulley frame, through the transformation side of the lifting plate of the pulley, and directly enter the inside of the pulley frame, automatically and accurately slide the traction rope into the corresponding groove of the paying off pulley, so as to realize the unmanned construction of the wire display and release. After the practical application, the functional integrity of the mechanism is verified, which has the value of improving construction efficiency, reducing labor costs and reducing safety risks.
