煤矿电网高精度实时电能质量监测系统设计应用

Research on High Precision Real-Time Power Quality Monitoring System of Coal Mine Power Grid

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿电网电能质量监测系统实时性差、采样精度低的问题,提出了基于STM32F767IGT6微处理器的电能质量监测系统设计方案。首先,在三层网络结构的基础上,搭建电压、电流采集电路,选用高精度、高实时性的PT、CT设备采集电压、电流信号并传送至STM32F767IGT6芯片进行计算、分析以及逻辑处理;然后,基于数字信号处理芯片搭建电能质量监测系统,实现电能质量监测数据的实时显示;最后完成试验验证。试验结果表明,该系统能够实现电能质量数据的高效、实时、准确监测,满足系统设计需求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor real-time performance and low sampling accuracy of power quality monitoring system in coal mine grid, a design scheme for the power quality monitoring system based on STM32F767IGT6 microprocessor is proposed in this paper. On the basis of the three-layer network structure, the voltage and current acquisition circuit is built; the high-precision and real-time PT and CT are selected to collect voltage and current signals and then transmit them to the STM32F767IGT6 chip for calculation, analysis and logical processing. The power quality monitoring system is built based on the digital signal processing chip to realize real-time display of the power quality monitoring data. Finally the test verification is completed. The test results show that the system can realize efficient, real-time and accurate monitoring of the power quality data, and it meets the requirements of system design.
