某水电站主轴裂纹原因分析及措施

Cause Analysis and Measures of Main Shaft Crack in a Hydropower Station

  • 摘要: 该文以某水电站#2机组主轴在使用过程中出现裂纹情况为研究对象,采用现场调查、无损检测、理化检验的方法,研究了主轴裂纹产生原因,总结出是应力集中、安装工艺、运行条件等多方面综合作用产生了疲劳裂纹。并根据水电站生产现场的实际情况,提出了运维、检修等方面的优化改进措施。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, crack of the main shaft of No.2 unit in a hydropower station is taken as the research object, and causes of the crack are studied by the methods of field investigation, nondestructive testing and physical and chemical testing. It is concluded that the fatigue crack is caused by the comprehensive effects of stress concentration, installation process, operation conditions, etc. According to the actual situation of the production site, the optimization and improvement measures of operation and maintenance are put forward.
