可带电安装10 kV线路相间间隔棒的研制

Development of Interphase Spacer based on Live Installation of 10 kV Line

  • 摘要: 输配电线路作为保障电能输送的一个重要环节,其在电力系统中所处的地位是无法被取代的。针对10 kV配网线路在落鸟起飞瞬间造成线路上下舞动,以及线路导线受到侧向风力和低频的激励而产生自激振动,导致输电线路相间短路跳闸、导线烧伤断线、金具绝缘损坏的重大事故等问题,该文提出在不影响正常供电的情况下设计安装一种便捷轻型间隔棒的解决方案。重点对10 kV相间间隔棒的自锁装置固定间隔棒的线夹进行改装,利用自锁装置的锁扣将导线牢固锁定,完成相间间隔棒的加装。经过验证发现,此间隔棒可完成不停电状态下的安装,解决了电网非计划停电所造成的经济损失问题,保障了运行检修期间人员的生命安全,延长了设备使用寿命,同时杜绝了因导线舞动引起的非计划停电。

     

    Abstract: As an important link to ensure power transmission, the power transmission and distribution lines can not be replaced in the power system. In view of the problems of 10kV distribution network line galloping up and down at the moment of bird falling off, the line conductor is excited by the lateral wind and low frequency to generate self-excited vibration, resulting in major accidents such as inter phase short circuit tripping of the transmission line, burn and break of the conductors, and metal insulation damage, etc., this paper proposes to design and install a convenient light spacer without affecting the normal power supply. Though modification of fixing the spacer clamp with a self-locking device of 10 kV interphase spacer, the installation of spacer is completed by using the lock catch of the self-locking device to lock the conductor firmly. After verification, the spacer can be installed without power failure, which is of great significance to save the economic loss caused by the unplanned power failure of the power grid, and to ensure the life safety of personnel and the service life of equipment during the operation and maintenance; at the same time, the unplanned power failure caused by conductor galloping is eliminated.
