带式输送机双机永磁驱动系统设计及应用

Design and Application of Dual-Machine Permanent Magnet Drive system of Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 为了解决带式输送机传统驱动系统中存在的故障率高、无效功能损耗不足等情况,该文分析了带式输送机的基本结构与调速控制需求,按照长距离输送需求,提出双机驱动变频调速设计方案。重点对双机驱动功率调节进行分析,确定了系统永磁电机的驱动方式以及选型系统的控制器和变频器,设计了系统的软件控制主流程图。经仿真分析与验证得知,双机永磁直驱控制系统可实现带式输送机的远距离运输功能,降低了电能损耗,提高了系统的可靠性,满足煤矿井下的生产需求。

     

    Abstract: There are deficiencies of high failure rate and ineffective function loss in the traditional drive system of belt conveyor. Therefore, the basic structure and speed control requirements of belt conveyor are analyzed in this paper; and according to the long-distance transportation requirements, the design scheme of dual-machine drive frequency conversion speed regulation is proposed. The power regulation of the two-machine drive is analyzed; the drive mode of the permanent magnet motor of the system is determined; the controller and frequency converter of the system are selected; and the main flow chart of the software control of the system is designed. After simulation analysis and verification, the dual-machine permanent magnet direct drive control system can realize the long-distance transportation function of belt conveyor; it reduces the power loss, improves reliability of the system, and meets the production needs of coal mines.
