Abstract:
The operation characteristics of the permanent magnet external rotor elevator under multiple working conditions are complex, and prone to impact, vibration and noise, etc. In view of these problems, through analyzing the structure and working principle of the permanent magnet external rotor hoist, the operating characteristics and rules under common working conditions of no-load startup and heavy-load startup are studied by using the method of numerical simulation and analysis. The results show that, compared with the no-load starting condition, it would take longer time for stabilization of the heavy-load starting speed, electromagnetic torque and three-phase current; the startup load is large, and the velocity fluctuates greatly, which is very easy to cause the impact and vibration of the lifting system. It provides a reference for intelligent control and research on reducing the impact and vibration of the permanent magnet rotor elevator in the later period.
