基于PLC的选煤厂跳汰机智能控制系统设计应用

Design and Application of Jigger Intelligent Control System in Coal Preparation Plant Based on PLC

  • 摘要: 为解决传统跳汰机控制系统因采用人工估测及手动控制方式而导致的分选效率低下、选煤工艺控制能力差等问题,该文以选煤厂跳汰机作为研究对象,设计了一套基于PLC控制的跳汰机智能控制系统。系统以跳汰机床层分层状态检测及风阀自适应控制两大功能为核心,重点对跳汰机床层松散度检测及进出风阀自动调节功能进行了分析与设计,并通过系统运行测试验证了跳汰机的检测及控制效果。此设计可在不同煤质情况下自动调整跳汰机风阀并得到最佳分层控制效果,对于提高跳汰机运行效率及可靠性具有实际意义。

     

    Abstract: The traditional jigger control system adopts manual estimation of bed thickness and manual control mode, which leads to low separation efficiency and poor control ability of coal preparation process. Taking the jigger in coal preparation plant as the research object, a set of intelligent control system for jigger based on PLC control is designed in this paper. The system takes the two functions of jigger bed layering state detection and adaptive control of air valve as the core. Then, functions of the jigging machine bed porosity detection and the automatic adjustment of inlet and outlet valves are analyzed and designed; and the detection and control effects of jigging machine are verified through the system operation tests. This design can automatically adjust the air valve to obtain the best layering control effect under different coal quality conditions, and it has practical significance for improving the operation efficiency and reliability of the jigger.
