Kinematic Simulation Analysis of the Aging Assistant Lifting Device Based on ADAMS

  • 摘要: 针对老年人在如厕时由于膝关节老化而难以站立的问题, 设计了一种基于虚拟样机技术的自动化助老起升装置。首先基于机械原理完成核心机构和装置的设计, 然后利用CROE完成三维模型的建立, 再在多体动力学ADAMS软件中建立该虚拟样机的运动学模型, 通过测量指定点的位移、速度、加速度等运动学参数的变化曲线完成仿真分析, 最后在实验室制造出物理样机进行实际验证, 该研究结果为后续批量生产提供理论研究依据。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, aiming at the problem that it is difficult for the elderly to stand up when they go to the toilet due to the aging knee joint, a type of automatic aging assistant lifting device is designed based on the virtual prototype technology. The core mechanism and device are designed based on mechanical principle; the three-dimensional model is established by using CROE; and the kinematics model of the virtual prototype is established in multi-body dynamics ADAMS software. The curve of kinematics parameters such as displacement, velocity and acceleration of the specified point is measured, so that the physical prototype can be manufactured in the laboratory for the convenience of subsequent production.
