Study on Structural Characteristics of CFRP screw pump Rotor

  • 摘要: 基于增材制造和复合材料的快速发展, 以CFRP转子为研究对象, 借助有限元仿真分析软件, 对其结构进行了模态分析及静力学分析, 并探究了CFRP转子的模态变形分布规律、静力学受力变形及转子最大应力。仿真结果表明:最大模态变形发生在第四、第五阶, 最大变形、应力整体最大变形及齿面最大变形发生在转子轴部和齿面进气口处, 仿真数据为转子的装配和理论研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the rapid development of additive manufacturing and composite materials, this paper takes CFRP rotor as the research object, and uses finite element simulation analysis software to carry out modal analysis and statics analysis of its structure. The distribution law of CFRP rotor modal deformation, statics stress deformation and the maximum stress of the rotor are investigated. The simulation results show that the maximum modal deformation occurs in the fourth The fifth order, maximum deformation and stress, as well as the overall maximum deformation and maximum deformation of the tooth surface occur at the rotor shaft and the inlet of the tooth surface. The simulation data provides reference for the assembly and theoretical research of the rotor.
