航空燃油作动器密封方案设计应用分析

Study on Sealing Scheme of Aviation Fuel Actuator

  • 摘要: 该文针对航空发动机配套使用的燃油作动器密封需求, 从密封槽结构设计、密封件材料选型两个方面开展了分析对比, 总结了应用于燃油作动器的密封槽及密封件材料选型方案。最后通过在某型燃油作动器中的应用及验证, 证明了燃油密封方案的可行性。

     

    Abstract: According to the sealing requirements of fuel actuator used in the aero-engine, this paper analyzes and compares the structural design of sealing groove and selection of the sealing material, and summarizes the selection scheme of sealing groove and sealing material for the fuel actuator. Through the application and verification in a certain type of fuel actuator, the feasibility of the fuel sealing scheme is proved.
