主轴静刚度的影响因素及计算分析

Influencing Factors and Calculation Analysis of Static Stiffness of Spindle

  • 摘要: 该文通过三种方法对主轴静刚度进行分析:主轴静刚度的理论计算、主轴有限元分析、实物测试试验验证。对比此三种方法得到的静刚度的值与误差率发现, 该方法基本能够正确计算主轴的静刚度值, 为主轴静刚度的计算和分析提供了准确的方法, 并为主轴的性能指标和应用提供了理论依据。此外, 该文还在理论上分析了主轴前悬伸、主轴轴承跨距及主轴轴承预紧等因素对主轴静刚度的影响, 并系统分析了三个影响因素在主轴结构设计中应如何互相平衡, 综合应用。对影响主轴静刚度的三个影响因素的影响因子进行了对比分析, 为主轴的设计提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the static stiffness of the spindle is analyzed and studied through three methods: theoretical calculation of the spindle static stiffness, finite element analysis of the spindle on the workbench, and physical test verification on the experimental bench. Comparing the values and error rates of the static stiffness obtained by the three methods, basically the static stiffness value of the spindle can be calculated correctly. It provides an accurate method for calculation and analysis of the static stiffness of the spindle, and provides a theoretical basis for the performance index and application of the spindle. According to the calculation formula, the influence of the main shaft front overhang, the main shaft bearing span and the main shaft bearing preload on the static stiffness of the main shaft is theoretically analyzed; meanwhile, how the three influencing factors should be balanced and comprehensively applied in the spindle structure design is also systematically analyzed. The comparative analysis on the three influencing factors affecting the static stiffness of the main shaft are compared and analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for design of the spindle.
