Suppression and Application of Fixture Modal in Vibration Test

  • 摘要: 针对高频率、高刚度试验件难以在普通振动台上直接激振产生高周裂纹, 进而无法确定其高周疲劳极限的问题, 通过论证夹具模态对振动试验的影响机理, 设计形成了固有频率可调的振动试验夹具。结果表明:该夹具应用于振动试验中, 抑制了不利于试验件振动的夹具模态, 增加了试验件有益振动量的传递, 弥补了振动台激振加速度不足的问题, 为高刚度、高频率试验件的振动试验提供了可选的解决思路。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that high frequency and high stiffness test pieces are difficult to generate high cycle cracks on the common vibration table, and thus the high cycle fatigue limit cannot be determined, through demonstrating the influence mechanism of fixture mode on the vibration test, a vibration test fixture with adjustable natural frequency is designed and formed. The results show that the fixture is used in vibration test, which suppresses the fixture mode that is not conducive to vibration of the test piece, increases the transmission of beneficial vibration of the test piece, makes up for the problem of insufficient vibration acceleration of the vibration table, and provides an alternative solution for the vibration test of high stiffness and high frequency test pieces.
