Design and Optimization of a Beehive Handling Mechanism

  • 摘要: 现如今, 养蜂业机械化程度低制约着养峰业的发展。尤其在偏远地区, 转场的蜂箱搬运装置十分缺乏。针对复杂道路条件及蜂箱搬运要求, 设计了一种多连杆变胞蜂箱搬运机构。通过对蜂箱及附件重力、搬运机构关键构件尺寸参数、人体施力大小以及操纵范围等因素的综合分析和优化, 获得了各因素对搬运机构的影响规律和最优化搬运机构, 为搬运机构的实践应用提供了一定的理论指导。

     

    Abstract: The low degree of mechanization limits the development of apiculture, and lack of the beehive handling equipment for transfer to the remote aeras is particularly prominent. According to the complex road conditions and beehive handling requirements, a multi-link metamorphic handling mechanism of beehive is designed in this study. Through the comprehensive analysis and optimization of the gravity of the beehives and accessories, the size parameters of the key components, the human force and the handling range, the influence rules of the factors on the handling mechanism are obtained, as well as the optimized handling mechanism. It provides some theoretical guidance for the practical application of the handling mechanism.
