高温高压水介质轴承试验台设计与应用

Design and Application of High Temperature and High Pressure Water Medium Bearing Test Bench

  • 摘要: 针对高温高压水介质轴承试验台系统的设计和测试进行了探究, 重点介绍了试验台系统的组成、各系统的配置等多模块化设计和联动功能。以核反应堆中控制棒驱动机构轴承为试验对象, 在300 ℃、15 MPa高温高压条件下, 利用该试验平台对水介质轴承进行40 h长寿命性能测试。通过对轴承性能和耐久性寿命的长期考核以及试验过程中的转速、扭矩、温度、压力等参数的监测, 验证该试验平台的可靠性和稳定性满足设计要求。为我国国产化高温高压轴承的设计和稳定性提供了可靠的支撑和参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper explores the design and test of the high temperature and high pressure water medium bearing test bench system, and mainly introduces the multi-modular design and linkage function of the test bench system and the configuration of each system. Taking the control rod drive mechanism bearing in the nuclear reactor as the test object, the test platform is used to simulate the high-temperature and high-pressure conditions of 300 ℃ and 15 MPa, and the 40 h long life performance test of the water medium bearing is carried out. Through the long-term assessment of the bearing performance and durability life, monitoring the speed, torque, temperature, pressure and other parameters in the test process, it is verified that the reliability and stability of the test platform meet the design requirements. It provides reliable support and reference for the design and stability of domestically produced high-temperature and high-pressure bearings on the high-temperature and high-pressure bearing test bench.
