数控机床振动检测及分析系统设计

Research on Vibration Detection and Analysis System of CNC Machine Tools

  • 摘要: 随着制造业的发展, 数控机床的加工精度与生产效率逐渐成为人们关注的焦点问题。同时, 解决加工过程中的振动问题成为保证加工质量的有效措施。该文结合加工中心的结构特点, 以解决主轴的旋转精度与工作台的振动问题为目标, 设计了一套机床振动检测系统, 并给出硬件系统和软件系统的设计实现方案。最后, 通过实验测试了振动检测系统功能的合理性。结果表明, 该系统可以实现对加工中心主轴及工作台运行状况的有效检测分析。此设计可为粤东地区数控机床振动检测及故障诊断系统研究提供参考, 具有一定的理论意义及应用价值。

     

    Abstract: With development of the manufacturing industries, the machining precision and production efficiency of CNC machine tools has become the key point, and solving the vibration problem in the processing process has become an effective method to ensure the manufacturing quality. According to the structural characteristics of the machining center, and mainly considering the rotation accuracy of the principal axis and vibration of the operation platform, a set of detection system for machine vibration is designed and the design and implementation scheme for the hardware and software system are offered in this paper. The function and rationality of the vibration detection system are tested. The results show that the system can realize the effective detection and analysis of the operating situation of the principal axis and operation platforms in the machining center. This design can provide reference for research on vibration detection and fault diagnosis system of the CNC machine tools in East Guangdong, which has certain theoretical significance and application value.
