可拆卸式清洁桶的设计与分析

Design and Analysis of Removable Cleaning Bucket

  • 摘要: 针对平板拖把清洗不干净、污水及赃物易残留在清洁桶底且难以排出等问题, 设计了一种可拆卸式清洁桶。根据平板拖把清洁特点, 提出了可拆卸清洁桶的整体设计方案, 并对其主要结构进行了设计研究, 最后通过有限元分析验证了关键零部件的可靠性。分析结果表明, 该清洁桶可以有效隔离清水和污水, 可实现平板拖把的大面积清洁, 解决了污水及赃物排出时残留清在洁桶桶底的问题, 具有节水环保、高效清洁、便于收纳、实用性强的优点。

     

    Abstract: A detachable cleaning bucket is designed to solve the problems such as unclean mop cleaning, difficult discharge of sewage and dirty residue remaining on the bottom of the cleaning bucket, etc. According to the cleaning characteristics of the flat mop, the overall design scheme of the detachable cleaning bucket is proposed, and the main structure of the bucket is designed and studied. Finally, the reliability of the key components is verified by finite element analysis. The analysis results show that the cleaning bucket can effectively isolate water and sewage, and can realize a large area of flat mop cleaning, solve the difficult discharge problem of sewage and dirty residue remaining on the bottom of the cleaning bucke. It is water saving and environmental protection, efficient and clean, convenient to be stored, and very practical.
