基于有限元的重型数控机床立柱结构创新设计与开发

Innovative Design and Development of Column Structure of Heavy CNC Machine Tool Based on Finite Element Method

  • 摘要: 针对重型数控机床轻量化设计中立柱刚度不足的问题展开研究。首先利用Pro/E重建重型数控机床立柱三维模型, 然后将模型导入有限元分析软件中进行静力学、动力学和拓扑优化分析, 最后在对立柱的整体结构进行二次分析重构, 充分考虑主轴箱平衡系统对立柱的影响, 并对边界条件进行处理与简化。由分析结果可知, 重构后的立柱结构刚度得到明显提高, 且质量减少, 满足设计要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of insufficient stiffness of neutral column in lightweight design of heavy CNC machine tool, the three-dimensional model of heavy CNC machine tool column is reconstructed by Pro/E; then the model is imported into finite element analysis software to carry out the statics, dynamics and topology optimization analysis, and the overall structure of the column is analyzed and reconstructed. The influence of the spindle box balance system on the column is fully considered, and the boundary conditions are treated and simplified. According to the analysis results, it shows that the stiffness of the reconstructed column structure is improved and the quality is reduced, which meets the design requirements.
