一种提高地脚螺栓安装精度的自动辅助装置设计

An Automatic Auxiliary Device Design to Improve the Installation Accuracy of Anchor Bolts

  • 摘要: 针对变电站地脚螺栓预埋时定位精度低、定位时间长、稳定性不高的问题, 提出一种具备自动控制功能的桁架装置设计方案。通过配合钢模板, 可提高地脚螺栓XYZ轴的定位精度和定位效率, 提升作业自动化水平和作业效率。文中主要阐述了辅助装置的结构及控制原理, 并对采用该装置进行地脚螺栓安装的施工工艺进行简要介绍。通过对装置设计方案、设计思路、施工工艺的分析说明, 该辅助装置在地脚螺栓安装装置的设计方面具有实际的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low positioning accuracy, long positioning time and low stability of anchor bolts in substations, a truss device design scheme with automatic control function is proposed. By cooperating with the steel formwork, the orientation accuracy and positioning efficiency of the X, Y and Z axes of anchor bolts can be improved, and the level of operation automation and operation efficiency can be improved. The structure and control principle of the auxiliary device is mainly expounded in this paper, and the construction process of anchor bolt installation by using the device is briefly introduced. Through the analysis of device design scheme, design idea and construction technology, it has practical reference significance in the design of anchor bolt installation device.
