车载打式冲孔打桩机的设计研发

Development and Design of Vehicle Mounted Punching Pile Driver

  • 摘要: 超特高压铁塔基础作业多于山区和野外进行, 施工区域点多面广; 使用大型设备进行塔基打桩作业时间受场地限制而存在施工困难, 设备转场成本高, 人工掏挖作业时效低的缺点。针对上述问题提出了一种移动式车载打桩机的研制方案, 通过对大型电力塔基打桩作业的深入分析, 从可移动、省人力、接地气、便操作等方面考虑, 研制完成了“CD2000型车载打桩机”, 并通过现场应用验证了该技术的适用性和可推广性。

     

    Abstract: The foundation work of ultra-high voltage tower is mostly located in mountainous area and wild field, with many points and wide areas, where the large equipment is difficult to construct due to the site restrictions, with high equipment transfer costs and low efficiency of manual digging operations. Aiming at the above problems, a development scheme of mobile vehicle mounted pile driver is proposed. Through the in-depth analysis of large power tower foundation piling operations, and from the aspects of mobility, manpower saving, grounding, easy operation, etc, the “CD2000 truck mounted pile driver” is developed, and its applicability and popularization have been verified through field application.
