多光源连续生产的DLP型3D打印机研制

Development of DLP 3D Printer with Multiple Light Sources for Continuous Production

  • 摘要: 针对当前DLP技术成型幅面较小导致的其在生产型3D打印设备中难以使用的问题, 提出一种多光源连续生产的DLP型3D打印机设计方案。利用多个DLP光机扩大成型幅面, 设计出一种具有多沟槽的托板及梳状铲刀, 以此实现成型后的零件自动从托板上取下并放到接料槽中, 并配合集中供液系统实现打印机内树脂的自动补充。借助计算机网络技术, 每次打印完后通知云端服务器, 服务器自动下发下一个生产任务给打印机, 解决了DLP型3D打印机幅面过小及无法连续生产的难题, 对3D打印技术从原型制造到小批量生产的升级有着积极的意义。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to use DLP technology in production 3D printing equipment due to its small format, a design scheme of DLP 3D printer for continuous production of multiple light sources is proposed. The multiple DLP optical engines are used to expand the forming format, a plate with multiple grooves and a comb blade are designed, thus the formed parts are automatically removed from the plate and placed in the receiving tank, and then cooperating with the centralized liquid supply system to realize the automatic replenishment of the resin in the printer.With the help of computer network technology, the printer will notify the cloud server after each printing, and the server will automatically send the next production task to the printer; thus it solves the problem of DLP 3D printer being too small and unable in continuous production, which has positive significance for upgrading of the 3D printing technology from prototype manufacturing to small batch production.
