Design and Application of New Transportation Device for Low-Voltage Complete Electrical Cabinet

  • 摘要: 为实现检验检测行业低压成套电器柜类设备在各个试验室间的高效安全流转, 该文通过技术研究, 设计了一种新型的运转装置。主要对此新型运转装置的设计思路、结构特征和工作原理进行了阐述说明, 并通过实际使用情况验证了此新型运转装置的实用价值。实践表明, 该装置可任意调节试品重心高度, 保障了试品及人员的安全, 极大地提高了试品流转过程的便捷性、安全性和高效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve the efficient and safe transmission of low-voltage complete electrical cabinet device among laboratories in testing industry, a new type of transmission device is designed through technical research in this paper; and the design ideas, structural features and working principles are mainly described. The practical value of this new transmission device is verified through the actual use. Practice has shown that the transmission device can adjust the height of the gravity center of test samples freely, it ensures the safety of personnel and samples, and greatly improves the convenience, safety and efficiency of the transmission process.
