实验室用可调速搅拌工作台的设计

Design of Adjustable Speed Stirring Table for Laboratory

  • 摘要: 针对实验室搅拌设备现存的问题, 设计了一台具有调速功能的搅拌工作台。介绍了搅拌工作台设计方案和工作原理, 并对减速器、传动轴和可升降加热底座等关键部件的选取与设计进行了说明。利用UG NX对工作台进行了三维设计以及运动仿真, 验证了运动结构设计的合理性。该设备具有结构简单紧凑、成本低、易操作等优点, 有助于提高搅拌的质量和效率。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems of mixing equipment in laboratory, a stirring table with speed regulation function is designed. The design scheme and working principle of stirring table are introduced. The frequency converter and motor are combined to form a frequency control system. Selection and design of the key components such as reducer, drive shaft and adjustable heating base are explained. Then the UG NX is used to carry on the three-dimensional design and motion simulation of the workbench, and the rationality of the motion structure design is also verified. The equipment is simple and compact in structure, low in cost and easy to operate, which is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of mixing.
