Design of Fast and Slow Speed Hydraulic System for Blanking Scissors

  • 摘要: 针对金属冷弯成型柔性生产线上落料剪刀快慢速剪切问题, 根据落料剪刀的工作需求, 设计了带安全保护功能的高低压、快慢速液压系统。详述了分体式落料剪刀的工作原理和液压系统的动作要求, 设计了双回路液压系统, 阐明了液压系统的工作原理, 计算了液压系统各元件的参数, 进行了剪切动作试验, 测量了系统的实际工作数据, 验证了系统的设计原理和各元件的选型的合理性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the fast and slow shearing problem of blanking scissors in the flexible production line of metal cold bending, this paper designs a high-low-pressure, fast and slow hydraulic system with safety protection function according to the working requirements of blanking scissors. In this paper, the working principle of the split blanking scissors and the action requirements of the hydraulic system are described in detail. A double-loop hydraulic system is designed, the working principle of the hydraulic system is expounded, the parameters of each component of the hydraulic system are calculated, the shearing action test is carried out, and the actual working data of the system are measured, which verifies the design principle of the system and the rationality of the selection of each component.
