曲轴机加工砂轮修整精度及参数优化研究

Study on Optimization of Grinding Wheel Dressing Accuracy and Dressing Parameters for Crankshaft Machining

  • 摘要: 该文针对砂轮修整后砂轮尺寸精度存在误差、砂轮修整参数未标准化等问题进行研究。通过分析砂轮修整过程, 识别出回弹量与磨损比这两个影响修整精度的关键因素。设计试验验证了线速比、修整次数及进给量对修整后砂轮表面状态的影响, 并调整优化修整参数, 实现了修整后砂轮尺寸精度的提升以及曲轴加工表面粗糙度合格率的提升, 减少了工件报废率, 节约了成本, 对于磨床加工中的砂轮修整过程具有重要的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of dimensional accuracy error and non-standardization of dressing parameters of the grinding wheel, the grinding wheel dressing process is analyzed in this paper, and the two key factors affecting the dressing accuracy are identified, namely, resilience and wear ratio. In addition, the experiments are designed to verify the influence of linear speed ratio, dressing times and feed rate on the surface state of the grinding wheel after dressing; and the dressing parameters are adjusted and optimized. The dimensional accuracy of grinding wheel and the qualified rate of crankshaft machining surface roughness are improved, which reduces the scrap of parts and saves the cost of the workshop. It has important reference value for the dressing process in grinding machine processing.
