某混动车型动力耦合系统工作模式分析与固有特性研究

Study on Working Mode and Inherent Characteristics of a Hybrid Vehicle's Power Coupling System

  • 摘要: 以某混动车型的齿轮传动系统为研究对象, 针对不同的驾驶工况, 首先分析车辆动力耦合系统的功率流向和负荷传递路线。再将齿轮传动系统与箱体结合, 建立齿轮箱有限元模型, 利用Ansys软件仿真计算齿轮箱前10阶固有频率, 从而获得振型变化规律。最后为验证有限元模型的正确性以及仿真计算的准确性, 搭建模态试验平台进行验证。研究结果不但有助于齿轮系统结构参数的优化, 还为后期齿轮箱NVH特性研究提供基础数据。

     

    Abstract: Taking the gear transmission system of a hybrid model as the research object, the power flow direction and load transfer route of the vehicle dynamic coupling system are analyzed according to different driving conditions. Then, the finite element model of the gearbox is established by combining the gear transmission system with the box, and the first 10 order natural frequencies of the gearbox are simulated by Ansys software to obtain the mode change rule. In order to verify the correctness of the finite element model and the accuracy of the simulation calculation, the modeling test platform is set up for verification. The results are helpful to optimize the structural parameters of the gear system and provide basic data for the NVH characteristics of the gearbox in the later stage.
