基于RobotStudio的智能制造单元平台仿真设计

Simulation Design of Intelligent Manufacturing Cell Platform Based on RobotStudio

  • 摘要: 以智能制造单元平台为研究对象, 介绍了该平台仿真系统的设计方案。首先采用三维建模软件UG构建平台各单元的三维模型, 导入ABB机器人仿真软件RobotStudio中, 设计了智能制造单元仿真平台的布局。其次为实现产品智能制造的仿真过程, 设计了Smart动态组件, 设置了仿真通讯I/O信号、工作站逻辑和碰撞监控, 进行了机器离线编程及仿真调试。最后为了模拟机器人与PLC仿真联调, 创建了RobotStudio软件和博图软件的以太网通讯, 实现了与真实设备操作等效的控制过程, 并通过智能制造单元实验平台进行验证。该设计方案可为智能制造生产线的仿真设计及应用实施提供理论依据, 同时对职业院校智能制造相关课程教学也具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Taking the intelligent manufacturing cell platform as the research object, the design scheme of the platform simulation system is introduced in this paper. Firstly, the 3D modeling software UG is used to build the 3D models of each unit of the platform, which are imported into the ABB robot simulation software RobotStudio, and the layout of the intelligent manufacturing cell simulation platform is designed. Secondly, in order to realize the simulation process of product intelligent manufacturing, the Smart dynamic components are designed, the I/O signals of simulation communication, workstation logic and collision monitoring are set, and robot offline programming and simulation debugging are carried out. Finally, in order to simulate the joint debugging of robot and PLC, the Ethernet communication between RobotStudio software and TIA PORTAL software is created, and the control process equivalent to the operation of real equipment is realized, which is verified by the intelligent manufacturing unit experimental platform. The design scheme can provide theoretical basis for the simulation design and application implementation of intelligent manufacturing production line; and it also has reference significance for teaching of the intelligent manufacturing related courses in vocational colleges.
