基于NX1899的“口罩齿模”建模及编程方法

“Mask Tooth Mold” Modeling and Programming Method based on NX1899

  • 摘要: 针对复杂部件“口罩齿模”的建模过程及加工程序的编制过程中的难点问题, 通过分析工程图纸尺寸、部件结构及功能, 利用UG三维软件, 选择NX1899进行三维模型建模设计。通过对比不同建模过程及方法发现, 创建部分平面结构特征并通过“整体变形”命令生成复杂结构实体的方法能够快速准确建立“口罩齿模”模型。通过对比不同加工编程过程及方法发现, 采用刀轨转曲线的方法进行该模型加工程序的编制可以高效、准确编制出回转规律类复杂结构部件的加工程序。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the modeling process and the processing process of "mask tooth mold" for the complex parts, through analyzing the size of engineering drawings, structure and function of parts, the NX1899 is selected to carry out 3D model modeling design by using the UG 3D software. By comparing different modeling processes and methods, it is found that the "mask tooth mold" model could be established quickly and accurately by creating partial planar structural features and generating complex structural entities through the "whole deformation" command. Based on this model, the program of machining is compiled; then it is concluded that the machining program of complex structure parts with turning law can be worked out efficiently and accurately by using the tool path curve method through comparing different machining programming processes and methods.
