Research on Communication Dislocation Control Method of Intelligent Detection System based on PC+PLC

  • 摘要: 智能检测控制系统是智能检测设备的核心技术。基于PC+PLC结合的智能检测设备控制系统中, PC和PLC处理中心的信息在交换过程中, 保证信息匹配的准确性和可靠性是整个智能检测设备控制系统的关键技术问题。该文基于PC+PLC的智能检测系统的结构及原理, 通过工序设定及控制程序的设计分析, 采用对物料身份信息识别并结合数据队列处理的方式, 得到匹配好的信息组合, 通讯时以信息组为单位传递, 以此解决信息错位问题。经不同应用场景的智能检测设备实际应用, 验证了此方法的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The intelligent detection control system is the core technology of intelligent detection equipment. In today's intelligent detection equipment control system, the combination of PC+PLC is increasingly used to build the entire control system; and how to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information matching during the information exchanging process between PC and PLC processing center is the key technical problem of the entire intelligent detection equipment control system. Based on the structure and principle of the PC+PLC based intelligent detection system, through design and analysis of the process setting and the control program, the matched information combination is obtained by identifying the material identity information and combining the data queue processing method; and the information group is taken as the unit of transmission during the communication so as to solve the problem of information dislocation. The reliability of this method is verified by the practical application of intelligent detection equipment in different application scenarios.
