矿用无人值守自动化排水监控系统设计应用

Research on Application of Mine Unattended Automatic Drainage Monitoring System

  • 摘要: 当前煤矿井下排水系统存在控制方式单一、水泵启停频繁且自动化水平低下等问题。为解决这些问题, 该文基于井下排水智能控制技术应用研究, 结合现有多级排水方式现状及需求, 提出了一种基于PLC控制的矿用无人值守自动化排水监控系统设计方案。系统采用分布式控制结构对多组水泵实现自适应启停控制、进出水口流量压力实时监测及阀门状态监控等功能, 并对多泵房排水协同控制策略进行设计优化。最后通过实验测试验证了系统功能的合理性及可靠性, 有效提高煤矿排水控制的智能化水平。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of single control mode, frequent start and stop of water pumps, and low automation level in the current underground drainage system in coal mines, based on the application research of intelligent control technology for underground drainage, and combined with the current situation and requirements of multi-level drainage methods in coal mines, a design scheme of mine unattended automatic drainage monitoring system based on PLC control is proposed. The system uses a distributed control structure to achieve adaptive start/stop control for multiple sets of pumps, real-time monitoring of inlet and outlet flow pressure, and valve status monitoring. At the same time, the drainage collaborative control strategy for multiple pump rooms is also designed and optimized. Finally, the functionality and reliability of the system are verified through experimental tests, and the intelligent level of coal mine drainage control is thus effectively improved.
