Design and Implementation of Electric Drive Shearer Control System

  • 摘要: 针对电牵引采煤机控制系统存在的灵活性差、数据处理能力不足的问题, 设计基于DSP+CPLD的电牵引采煤机电控系统。重点分析了以TMS320C2812 DSP芯片和EMP240T100C5 CPLD芯片为中央控制单元的电驱动采煤机控制系统硬件、软件设计方案。中央控制单元周期性地采集采煤机机身的模拟数字信号, 以CAN总线通讯模式与主从变频器、触摸屏、远程控制计算机等进行交互, 完成采煤机的控制、本地显示以及远程控制。试验分析结果表明:设计并实现的电驱动采煤机控制系统满足设计要求, 提升了采煤机的智能化水平和控制系统的灵活性以及数据处理能力。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of poor flexibility and insufficient data processing ability in the control system of electric traction shearer, an electric traction shearer electromechanical control system based on DSP+CPLD is designed. The hardware and software design scheme of the electric drive shearer control system with TMS320C2812 DSP chip and EMP240T100C5 CPLD chip as the central control unit is analyzed. The central control unit periodically collects the analog digital signals of shearer body, and interacts with the master and slave frequency converter, touch screen, remote control computer, etc. in the CAN bus communication mode, to complete the shearer control, local display and remote control. It is shown through the test analysis that the designed and realized electric drive shearer control system meets the design requirements, improves the intelligence level of the shearer, and improves the flexibility and data processing capacity of the control system.
