Design and Application of Remote Online Monitoring System for Local Ventilator in Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 在分析通风系统布置和整体设计需求的基础上, 设计了以PLC为核心的远程在线监控系统, 并完成了控制器及传感器选型。对全系统井下控制监测和地面预警处置两个功能区域的设计原理进行了分析:井下搭建485通信网架, 实现了通风机系统供电参数、设备振动、环境及设备温度、风向风速、空气负压、瓦斯浓度等多参数测量和井下实时画面监测, 经以太网传输至地面, 由上位机实现多参数设备状态显示、历史数据查询和预警处置等功能。该系统的实际应用对提高井下通风机系统安全稳定性、快速定位处置通风机系统故障以及确保人员和设备安全发挥了重要作用。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the layout and overall design of the ventilation system, a remote online monitoring system based on PLC is designed to complete the selection of controllers and sensors. Then the design principles of the two functional areas of the entire system are analyzed, namely, underground control monitoring and ground early warning disposal. A 485 communication network framework is built underground to realize multi-parameter measurement of ventilator system, such as the power supply parameters, equipment vibration, environment and equipment temperature, wind direction and wind speed, air negative pressure, gas concentration, etc., and to realize real-time monitoring of underground pictures; then they are transmitted to the ground through Ethernet, and functions of multi-parameter equipment status display, historical data query and early warning disposal can be realized by the upper computer. The practical application of this system is of great significance for improving the safety and stability of underground ventilator system, quickly locating and handling the fan system faults, and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
