Fault Diagnosis of Insufficient Coupling Bolts Tightening Force of a Steam Turbine-Generator Set

  • 摘要: 通过分析某型汽轮发电机组振动异常数据, 总结故障特征, 对机组振动异常进行了故障诊断。结果表明:汽轮发电机组联轴器螺栓孔绞孔不合适, 使机组运行过程中联轴器发生相对位移而导致联轴器螺栓不能有效传递扭矩, 引起转子平衡状况发生变化, 造成机组异常振动。该故障可通过复紧螺栓紧力和现场动平衡试验进行消除。此故障诊断经可为同类故障诊断分析提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, by analyzing the abnormal vibration data of a steam turbine-generator set and summarizing the fault characteristics, the fault diagnosis of abnormal vibration of the unit is carried out. The results show that due to improper reaming of the coupling bolt holes of the steam turbine-generator set, the relative displacement of the coupling during the operation process of the unit causes that the coupling bolts cannot effectively transmit the torque; the change of the rotor balance is the main reason for the abnormal vibration of the unit. The vibration of the unit can be effectively reduced by tightening the bolt tightening force and field dynamic balance test.
