压力容器相控阵超声检查工艺模拟仿真

Simulation of Ultrasonic Inspection Process of Pressure Vessel

  • 摘要: 设计了一种新型压力容器超声波相控阵检查系统装置,该装置能够实现压力容器焊缝的自动扫查。针对某种接管焊缝的无损检测工艺,运用CIVA仿真软件,对该系统的相控阵超声检验工艺进行模拟仿真。声场仿真结果表明:所选择的相控阵探头及其所设置的聚焦法则能有效覆盖整个焊缝厚度区域,并且部分检查区域重合,能达到理想的聚焦检查效果。缺陷响应仿真结果表明:表面缺陷和不同深度埋藏缺陷的缺陷响应反射回波均大于记录标准(DAC-12.0 dB),且信噪比满足要求,均能有效检出。仿真结果为超声检测工艺的设计和优化提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: A new ultrasonic phased array inspection system for pressure vessel is designed in this paper. This device can automatically scan the weld of pressure vessel. Aiming at the NDT process of a certain nozzle weld, the phased array ultrasonic testing process of the system is simulated by CIVA simulation software. The sound field simulation results show that the selected phased array probe and its set focusing rule can effectively cover the entire weld thickness area, with part of the inspection area coincides, and the ideal focusing inspection effect can be achieved. The defect response simulation results show that the defect response echo of surface defects and buried defects with different depths is greater than the recording standard(DAC-12.0dB), and the signal-to-noise ratio meets the requirements, which can be effectively detected. The simulation results provide a reference for the design and optimization of ultrasonic detection technology.
