Defect Analysis and Treatment of Stainless Steel Forgings in Heat Exchanger of Hydrogenation Unit

  • 摘要: 通过研究加氢装置用换热器不锈钢锻件短节特征及超声锻件检测的特点, 将超声波检测技术灵活应用到成品短节环形不锈钢锻件的质量问题处理中, 以此验证了受限扫查空间特殊因素影响下, 超声检测对面积型缺陷方向的敏感性, 佐证了射线照相法对内部缺陷的存在性判断和取向特征判定, 并在辅助返修过程中, 对缺陷定位和清除的起到了精确指导作用, 确保了返修工作的高效完成, 为压力容器建设安装或在役检修工作提供了实例借鉴。

     

    Abstract: By studying the characteristics of stainless steel forgings and ultrasonic forgings detection of heat exchangers used in hydrogenation units, the ultrasonic detection technology is flexibly applied to the quality problems of finished stainless steel forgings in circular steel joints, and the sensitivity of ultrasonic detection to area defect direction under the influence of restricted space and special factors is successfully verified. It proves that radiography can judge the existence and orientation characteristics of internal defects, and it plays a role in guiding the precise location and removal of defects in the process of auxiliary repair, ensuring the efficient completion of repair work, and providing a case reference for the construction and installation of pressure vessels or in-service maintenance.
