基于ANSYS分析的大尺寸双腹板锻焊滑轮研制

Development of Large Size Double Web Forged Welding Sheave based on ANSYS Analysis

  • 摘要: 随着石油钻井设备技术的革新升级,常规的小尺寸铸造滑轮因毛坯周期以及难以避免的铸造缺陷和环境保护要求已经不能很好适应新时期的需要,因而催生了大尺寸的锻焊双腹板滑轮。该文结合成功应用于我国某海洋钻井平台上大尺寸双腹板滑轮真实案例,详细阐述了大尺寸双腹板滑轮的结构,同时利用ANSYS有限元软件对滑轮受力情况进行了计算分析,所得到的生产制造和动平衡试验真实数据为行业内后期相关大尺寸双腹板锻焊滑轮的设计以及生产制造提供了基础经验。

     

    Abstract: With the innovation and upgrading of oil drilling equipment technology, the conventional small-size casting sheave can no longer meet the needs of the new era because of the blank cycle, unavoidable casting defects and environmental protection requirements. Therefore, large-size forged and welded double web sheaves are born. Combined with the real case of large-size double web sheave successfully applied to an offshore drilling platform in China, the details structure of the double web sheave is described in this paper. The stress of sheave is calculated and analyzed by ANSYS, the obtained real data of factory manufacturing and dynamic balance test provide basic experience for the design and production of large-size double web forged and welded sheaves in the later stage of the industry.
