基于Workbench的防尘棚轨道梁的静力学分析

Statics Analysis of Track Beam of Dustproof Shed based on Workbench

  • 摘要: 文章以防尘棚为研究对象,对模型简化等效后进行理论计算;同时,基于SolidWorks建立防尘棚框架的简化模型,并利用Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件对防尘棚轨道梁进行静力学分析;最终得到的理论计算结果与有限元分析得到的结果误差不大,说明Ansys Workbench对轨道梁的分析是有效的。研究结果表明,CAE分析技术具有提高防尘棚的设计水平,缩短设计周期,减少产品的开发成本等优点,可以为防尘棚的整体设计与制造提供了有力的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the dustproof shed is taken as the research object, and the simplified model of dustproof shed frame is established based on SolidWorks; the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out the statics analysis on the track beam of the dustproof shed. The error between the theoretical calculation result and the finite element analysis result is not big, which shows that the analysis of the track beam by ANSYS Workbench is effective; the research results can provide theoretical basis for the overall design and manufacture of dust-proof shed. The research results show that the CAE analysis technology is helpful to improve the design level of dust-proof shed and shorten the design period, reduce the cost of product development, and etc.
