无溶剂涂布复合机涂布量控制及其同步控制策略的研究

Coating Material Control of Solvent-Free Coated and Compound Machine and Strategies on Synchronous Control

  • 摘要: 为了研发无溶剂涂布复合机的试验平台,该文对其关键技术-涂布量的控制进行了分析研究。以五辊式涂布装置为研究对象,提出了涂布量控制的实质和控制方法,并对多电机的同步控制策略进行了研究和模拟。然后以两个电机的同步控制方式为例,使用MATLAB/Simulink工具对各种同步控制方式进行了仿真建模,并对其仿真曲线进行分析。结果表明:方案具有优异的启动性能,高动态性能和抗干扰性能,可以实现涂布量的精准控制需求。

     

    Abstract: In order to develop a platform for solvent-free coating composite machines, its core technology, coating material control, is analyzed and researched. Based on the five roller's coating device, the essence and control method of coating quantity control is proposed in this paper, and research and simulation on the synchronous control strategy of multi-motors are conducted. In addition, taking the synchronous control method of two motors as an example, various synchronous control methods are simulated and modeled by using the MATLAB/Simulink tools, and their simulation curves are then analyzed. The results indicate that the scheme has excellent startup performance, high dynamic performance, and anti-interference performance, which can achieve precise control of coating amount requirements.
