火车车轴轴颈轴座非接触式测量方法研究

Research on Non-Contact Measuring Method of Train Axle Journal Seat

  • 摘要: 火车轮对的压装是火车车轮生产过程中重要的工艺之一,其装配有严格的过盈配合要求,压装过程中需实时测量火车车轴轴颈轴座的外径尺寸。该文根据火车车轴轴颈轴座外径的测量要求,提出了一种基于激光测距原理的自动测量系统和方法,并对激光线存在的水平夹角和垂直夹角进行了标定。该系统能对ϕ150~225 mm范围内的车轴进行测量,且测量精度小于10μm,克服了传统测量方法效率低、精度不高的缺点。

     

    Abstract: The press assembly of train wheelset is one of the important processes in the production of train wheels. The assembly has strict interference fit requirements, which requires real-time measurement of the outside diameter of the journal seat of the train axle. According to the measuring requirements of the outside diameter of the journal seat of the train axle, an automatic measuring system and method based on the principle of laser ranging are proposed in this paper. The horizontal angle and vertical angle of laser line are calibrated. The system can measure the axle in the range of ϕ150~ϕ205 mm, and the measuring accuracy is less than 10 μm, which overcomes the disadvantages of low efficiency and low accuracy of the traditional measuring method.
