水下球阀密封性能分析与试验研究

Sealing Performance Analysis and Experimental Study of the Underwater Ball Valve

  • 摘要: 运用有限元软件Ansys Workbench对12″2 500Lb上装式水下球阀的球体与阀座进行仿真计算,研究密封比压以及密封副两接触面的接触问题,分析水下球阀的密封效果,并结合水下球阀的性能试验,验证了分析方法的合理性,为水下球阀产品的研制提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: The simulation of the 12″2500Lb loaded underwater ball valve is carried out by using the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench in this paper. The contact problem of sealing ratio and two contact surfaces of sealing pair is studied, and the sealing effect of the underwater ball valve is analyzed. Combining with the performance test of the underwater ball valve, rationality of the analytical method is verified. The relevant conclusions can provide a basis for optimization and product development of the underwater ball valves.
