基于管材扭转试验确定材料弹塑性本构的方法

Tube Torsion Experimental-Based Method for Establishing the Elastic-Plastic Constitutive Model

  • 摘要: TC4钛合金扭力管一体成型工艺的塑性加工和多次热处理过程使得成型后材料的力学性能相对母材发生了变化。为获得准确的材料本构,该文推导出了一种基于管材扭转试验确定材料真实应力应变关系的方法。采用该方法对TC4管材扭转试验数据进行处理分析,获得TC4管材横截面切应力-切应变关系;通过管材的有限元模型的仿真分析及试验结果比较得出,仿真结果与试验结果高度吻合,证明了这种建立弹塑性本构方法的可行性和工程实用性。

     

    Abstract: The plastic and heat treatment processes of integrated molding of TC4 titanium alloy torque tube would change the mechanical properties relative to the base metal. To obtain accurate material constitutivity, a method of determining the real stress and strain relationship based on tube torsion test is derived. Then, the shear stress-strain relationship of the cross section of TC4 titanium alloy tube are obtained by analyzing the experimental data based on this method, and the finite element model of the pipe tube is established for simulation analysis. Comparing the simulation results with the experimental data, the results of the simulation and the experimental data are highly consistent, which proves the feasibility and engineering practicability of this method.
