一种智能衣柜旋转衣架系统设计

Design of an Intelligent Wardrobe Rotating Clothes Hanger System

  • 摘要: 随着智能家居的快速发展,人们对衣柜有了更高的追求。针对普通衣柜对于高处衣格的存储方式单一且衣物存取十分不便的问题,设计了一种可以自动存取的智能衣柜旋转衣架。该文重点阐述升降机构、机械臂、平行机械手、智能旋转衣架的机械结构设计,并对于抓取衣物的机械臂进行了强度校核。通过智能旋转衣架、可多方位运动的机械手、基于电动机的升降装置相互配合,能够解决高处衣格的多样化存储以及衣物取放不便的问题。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of smart home, people have a higher pursuit of wardrobe. Thus an intelligent wardrobe rotatable hanger with automatic access is designed for the ordinary wardrobes, which have a single storage method for high-altitude clothing grids and are very inconvenient to access clothing. Focusing on the mechanical structure design of the lifting mechanisms, robotic arms, parallel manipulators and the intelligent rotary clothes hangers, the robotic arms are strength checked in this article. Through the cooperation of intelligent rotary clothes hangers, robots that can move in multiple directions, and motor-based lifting devices, it is possible to achieve diversified storage of clothes at high altitudes and solve the problem of inconvenient clothing handling.
